Every Atelier Vingt-Deux® frame is hand-finished in Japan and inspected before it leaves the atelier. If your frame isn't right for you, here is how returns work.
14-day returns
You may return your frame within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the frame must be unworn and returned in its original, undamaged condition, with the complete packaging — leather case, protective pouch, cleaning cloth, and gift box.
Frames returned scratched, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund. Every return is inspected on arrival.
How to start a return
Email contact@ateliervingtdeux.com with your order number within the 14-day window and we will guide you through it. Return shipping is arranged by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges and any import duties or taxes already paid are non-refundable.
Faulty or defective items
If your frame arrives faulty or develops a defect, contact us straight away — this is separate from change-of-mind returns, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
